"We loved our stay at Casa Santa Margarita! Staff was super responsive and helpful throughout the process from arranging our pickup from the airport to checkout! The property and rooms were beautiful and well-maintained. It was also nice being a short ride away from downtown Antigua and being able to come back to a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast in the morning was also a nice addition! I would definitely stay here again"

"The hotel is inside a gated community with construction noise and no sign outside that indicates where the hotel is. Breakfast was nice, room was clean but no window screens. Parking available in front of property but you need call to be let in through the gate."

El servicio de recepción no es amable y el problema son los diferentes tipos de habitación , reservas un tipo y te hospedan en otro , para el precio que me cobraron no lo vi muy amplio. Reservamos 4 habitaciones y solo una que me dieron un ascenso estaba bonita, las otras 3 no estaban a la altura de lo que pagué ( En el mes de mayo 4 600 pesos ) eso me cobraban en...

"I loved the location! It was pretty central to everything with maybe the furthest thing being 20 min away. Juvia at the cafe was very nice and attentive! Only complaint was how rough or uncomfortable the mattress was."

"El hotel es muy bonito, lo malo es que por la noche se escucha mucho ruido de los coches y por lo tanto no duermes bien. Nos cobraron una copa que se me rompió pero fue cuando cerré las cortinas. La copa está junto a la cortina. En cuanto al desayuno hay mejores lugares para desayunar, el jugo de naranja que pedí era de bote. Y el desayuno estaba bien pero nada espectacular como cuando desayunamos afuera."

"I really, really, really enjoyed my stay at Casa Encantada! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the neighborhood is quiet which makes it easier to sleep, and the room was fantastic! Breakfast is served on the rooftop were Edgar will take care of you and I highly recommend the pancakes; I had them almost every morning they were that good. The room was VERY clean, well decorated, and the bathroom was also really nice! A/C and a ceiling fan were in the room and the bed was very comfortable....

"This was an amazing stay in Antigua! We are definitely planning to come back to this spot! They had an AC and luggage storage which was so helpful. There free breakfast was so delicious. The staff was also great, I ended up getting sick and they pointed me to a great pharmacy! The space was also very beautiful and the rooms were nice too!"
