"Staff texted me the morning of check in. They were friendly and when we couldn’t figure out how to use the shower they came immediately. Good value, room was big and even provided water and toiletries. Only thing is they charged me tourist tax separately even though on Expedia it says we don’t need to pay it as it is included"

"The floor feels clean and the bed was quite comfy. But the whole condo development looks run-down and some parts of the unit was very dusty and there was cockroach poop in one of the kitchen drawers. Facilities within the unit was basic."

There are no welcome drink and breakfast as mentioned. They didnt even provide us towel. Paid for premium price to enjoy low quality service!"
