"The hotel was located on a hill overlooking Lake Taupo as opposed to on the lake. We had a lovely well presented room that featured Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries ( one of my favorite brands) Staying in Lake Taupo was definitely a highlight of our trip."

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable (on the firmer side, but I like a firm mattress), great shower and had the facilities you need, but some aspects were a bit dated. Had a spa which we didnt use, but made use of the thermal pools which were great! Staff were really friendly and happy to help! ..."
