Facilities in our suite were excellent with everything you need for preparing meals and a separate dining area. Our stay was very comfortable and we would have no hesitation in staying again for longer."

"Staff attitude was absolutely poor. I arrived at the front desk and the staff just picked up the phone, keeping me waiting. I was first to arrive then I should be serviced first not the phone. Then he had the nerve to tell me that I don’t have the patience for 2min to take the phone call. Not good service. Next there is a sign outside the kitchen saying access hours 8am to 10pm, else they will be fined. This does not make sense. I had to warm up my food at 11pm not knowing this sign was there. But I didn’t go in, due sign about fine. Absolutely ridiculous. No empathy for customers. I think the customer service is lacking in this establishment."
