"Very kind and friendly front desk staff, clean and comfy rooms."

"I don’t usually do reviews but this was enough and I give these reviews because of what I had a reservation for and what I actually got for the weekend was not what was in the confirmation. I was suppose to get a superior room with two queen beds, which were actually two full size beds, a mini refrigerator with a microwave, just a refrigerator, multiple stains that could have been cleaned up on the carpet, sticky surfaces, no pool towels, I asked for some and the associate had a blank stair on their face and said let me see if I could find some, 2 mini size pillows on full size beds which should have been queen size beds, the furniture had like a chopped up appearance to it as well. The reason we did not find another place was we had kids and one was sick and we were tired of traveling and figuring rooms out and wanted our sick child to rest finally from the long road trip. This will be the last time with this hotel chain. "

"We stayed in a cottage #4 at Tanglewood, one-time estate of the tobacco magnate William Neal Reynolds that has been a Forsyth County park since 1951. The four cottages are in the woods down a gravel road branching off from the main park road. The cabin had a living room with a big TV, a full kitchen, and two bedrooms. Our only problem was that we got detailed directions for access, door code, etc only about noon of our day of arrival. The accommodation was nothing fancy — rural cabin — but clean. We hiked on park trails in the afternoon and watched horses grazing."

"When I went to check in the man at the front desk, heavyset white guy had clearly an attitude. He did not want to greet me and when he checked me in, he like shoed me away with his hands like get out of here. Very rude off putting. Some other staff left some of the cleaning supplies in the room other than that everything else seem to be clean in order."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and the location was perfect for the Winston- Salem area. I enjoyed the breakfast... especially the waffles."
