Their front desk employees were two of the nicest people I have ever encountered at a hotel. A female checked me in and a male checked me out, and they both actually acted like they wanted to be there and made me feel welcome — I was impressed!

Our room was beautiful and the staff were amazing. Very accommodating and nice. The breakfast was great and all in all I would definitely stay again. I didn’t get to try out the pool and gym but I definitely will next time.

My dad travels a lot for work and mostly stays at Fairfield. My husband and I ended up taking his recommendation after an awful experience with Hyatt. The beds were super comfy, hotel was clean and the staff was so nice! It was a really great experience especially after a 10+ hour drive on the road. We 10/10 recommend!

I always stay at this hotel when traveling to Winston-Salem. The staff is awesome from the front desk to the dining rooms and cleaning staff! But my favorite part is that the beds are really comfortable and I always get a good night sleep. I always enjoy the breakfast that has a lot of options to choose from including hot items and waffles. They also had gluten free blueberry muffins a couple of the days I was there! I really love this place! Thank you Fairfield for another great stay!
