Right off the start, the front staff was inapt! Upon arriving at the room, the bath was not Senior (old folks) friendly! The dam toilet was on the floor. Thankfully, there was a grab bar at the toilet. But if you are aged, it takes some strength to rise from the toilet! The lower you are to the dam floor, the harder it is to rise! The TV was rigged to a minimum volume. After two (2) replacement remotes, the volume could not be adjusted to acceptable level, Coffee cream and facial tissue had not been restocked! I am a Marriott member, and this was not what i am accustomed to!

Wi-Fi worked -that is the best I can give. selected this hotel due to location to the medical center but rude staff and the room had a terrible odor. and the faucet from the bathroom almost came off. But very rude front desk with a sassy attitude and not helpful at all so felt it was a dead end to share anything.

The pool was small but clean. There was a no so good smell(smoke). The sofa bed was dirty and the refrigerator wasn't plugged in we found out later. Two guests and 1 bottle of water. The bar was out of just about everything. It was a pretty low price so maybe shouldn't expect much.

This hotel did not meet the reputation associated with a Marriott hotel. The mattress was old, haggard and bumpy; very uncomfortable to sleep in. It should have been replaced a long time ago. The pillows were all equally hard and uncomfortable. Ended up using a decorative pillow instead. When I tried calling the front desk, the phone didn’t work either. What a great disappointment.

It was clean, the staff were friendly... But the beds are SO uncomfortable. Every time I'm at a Marriott, the beds are old and lumpy. The pillows are too small, and the sheets are incredibly thin. For a place I book explicitly to sleep, I expect to sleep at least ok. Not a chance.

The photos look like they remodeled it, but all they did really was slap some paint on stuff. Hallways have strong perfume smell, but as soon as you open your room you are hit with a musty odor which was unpleasant. It was pretty dirty, mold in the bathroom, dirty floors, old toilet seat, there was balled up toilet paper in the peep hole of the door, the WiFi didn’t work on my laptop so I was unable to work which caused frustration. I wouldn’t stay here again or really recommend it. If you aren’t as picky about cleanliness as I am, then perhaps this would be a good fit. Although the staff at the front desk was, wonderful, sweet, and kind!
