It is an amazing and unique place. We really enjoyed our two nights stay there and I would definitely recommend XYZ to everyone. Privately served meals were amazing and amount of food… you could easily feed a family of four! Thanks to all staff, you are the best.

This is a must place to visit/stay when you are around Osaka. 2 hr drive from Osaka but definitely worth the trip! Superb staff and management! Super clean and comfortable in every sense! Includes private dining for both breakfast and dinner. Dinner is served as multi-course meal - which was AWESOME! Private natural hot springs bath overlooking the ocean (ocean is literally few steps from the room). Great golf courses nearby as well. You will be glad you had a chance to stay here!

Excellent hot spring, view and service

Room is clean, tidy, big and comfortable. Hot spring is really nice with excellent view at night. You can easily see many stars at night. Breakfast and dinner are incredible. Overall it's definitely worth to spend a night here. However, location is quite far away from the city, so you are better to buy all you need in the supermarket before check in. Also, one minor point is staff will knock the door when they serve every single dishes and collect the dishes. Therefore they come several times during the meal. It's a little bit annoying to me.

お料理が素晴らしい味　器　盛り付け　色彩　メニューの斬新さ　スタッフの方がフレンドリーかつ親切源泉掛け流しの椿温泉は　まるでローションの中に浸かっているのようでお肌がスベスベになり　身体の芯まで温まる。また泊まりたい。と思えるホテルです

海の見えるホテルで今までで一番良いホテルでした。流星群の日とたまたま重なり流れ星をあんなに見れたのは贅沢極まりない体験でした。食事も細かいところまで行き届いていてとても美味しかったです。露天風呂までの動線の小さい砂利が裸足で歩くと痛いので大きな玉砂利かタイルにしていただけると嬉しいです。

露天風呂、テラス、ベッド、部屋のしくみなど全てが良かったので、とても満足できました。スタッフさんの対応も、急遽の変更など色々対応していただいて、とても助かりました。そしてワガママも快く聞いていただきました。すみません。気になるのは、海が近くてしょうがないのですが、露天風呂や屋外テラスに虫が出てくることです。

夕日と星空綺麗で温泉goodな宿スタッフさんのホスピタリティがとても良くて気持ち良い滞在時間でした。お部屋の内風呂も絶景露天風呂もかけ流し、湯治湯として知られる椿温泉 pH9.9のアルカリ性で天然のピーリング、美肌の湯です。夕食は和洋創作料理でどれも美味しく、朝食のすき焼きにはビックリでしたが美味しくぺろっと完食。和歌山梅酒はとても飲みやすかったです。 Birthdayプレートありがとうございました。お部屋もお掃除が行き届いています。自然の場所なのでどうしてもお部屋に虫は入ってきますので虫退治か放置が出来ることをオススメします。夜のレーザメッセージは記念日＆サプライズ＆プロポーズにはオススメです。また星空が目線まで降りてきて綺麗でした。条件揃えば天の川＆流星群が見れるそうです。天候が良ければ満足度高いです。メリット ↓ 椿駅・白浜駅・アドベンチャーワールド・白浜の観光地までお迎えにきてくれます。プライベート型の宿なのでゆっくり過ごしたい方やお子様連れも良いと思います。本館のPrivate spa and Seaside Resortは若いお客様や家族連れが多いそうです。

オーナーやスタッフさんの対応がとても良かったです。料理も美味しくて、大満足です。お部屋も広くて露天風呂からの景色も最高でした。子供が1歳なので、周りを気にせずお部屋のダイニングでの食事がとてもありがたかったです。来年もまた行きたいねと主人と話しています。

すばらしかったです

綺麗に清掃のいきとどいたお部屋と専用のダイニングで最高の時間を過ごすことができました！部屋から海を見渡すロケーションは圧感です！露天風呂は閉開式になっており、天井と壁を全開するとオーシャンビューと青い空、水平線はまるくはてしなく広がっています。お料理は有名シェフ監修のスペシャル懐石料理。心も体もこれ以上ないくらい癒されました。アメニティグッズもシャンプーコンディショナー他、クレンジングや化粧水乳液までそろっていて大変たすかりました。

チェックインからチェックアウトまで心のこもったもてなしを受けました。和と洋が混在する華やかなお料理は、シェフの豊かなアイディアが感じられ、とても華やでした。コース料理の途中、「あと少しで夕陽の沈む時間になりますが、ご覧になりますか？」という案内があり、ベランダに出てみると、太陽が海に溶けてゆく美しいマジックアワーも楽しむことができました。源泉掛け流しの露天風呂は、泉質がとても滑らかで・うっとりする肌触りです。レーザーショーの頃は少し曇り空でしたが、夜中には雲が切れたので、煌々と光る月を見上げながら、もう一度、お風呂を楽しみました。今回は一泊でしたが、次回はもう少し長く泊めて頂きたいと思っております。有り難うございました。
