内風呂付きで予約しましたが、化粧水とかのアメニティーがなく困りました。また加湿器が無かったので乾燥して口が切れました。チェックインの際に夜のバイキングの時間と朝食のバイキングの時間が2部制で分かれてるの知りましたがその時には選ぶ事も出来ず子供を連れて行ったのにゆっくり食べれませんでした。
洗面所、トイレのドアは洗面器に当たって半分しか開きません
内風呂
ずっと水がチョロチョロ流れてます
テレビのコンセントを抜かないと携帯の充電する場所が無い

施設の古さを感じましたが、 ①部屋は綺麗に清掃されていた。 　ただ部屋の壁が薄く隣の部屋の会話が聞こえた。 ②スッタフの対応も良かった。 　良かった点は、食事中ホールを巡回中のスタッフの方がお声かけいただき家族写真を撮っていただきました。 ③温泉は、肌はツルツル、温泉内は硫黄の香りがしマイナスイオンを沢山取りれ、日頃の疲れを癒す事ができました。 相互的に良かったです。

客室はよかったです。 サービスも良かったのですが、 チェックインに40分とかなり時間がかかったのと、夜ご飯の時間もチェックインの待ち時間中に満席になったりしてたので、ご飯の時間決めれるのは事前に知っていたらもっと早く行きました。 チェックイン待ってる間にカラオケの時間も埋まってしまうし、その辺りが残念でした。是非改善してほしいです。

お部屋にミネラルウォーターもなく、水道水でお湯を沸かしてお茶を飲むの？という感じでした。ブッフェレストランも、食べ終わったお皿の回収もなく、席の案内もなく、ほぼセルフ状態でした。 これでプレミアム？と思いました。宿泊費も高かったのに非常に残念でした。

押し車を押して歩くおかんが風呂場に行くのに階段しか無くて登り降りが大変でしたが，それ以外は畳敷の風呂場は足も痛くなく、風呂上がりのラウンジもお酒も美味しく楽しめました。

口コミに料理がすごく美味しいとあったけど、期待していたほどではなかったです。 貸切風呂がありましたが、説明も使用中などの表示もなかったので、使用していたら、スタッフの人が外から鍵を開けてきた。さすがに勝手に開けるのはどうかと思う。 大浴場は畳張りで、冷たさや滑りがないのでよかったと思う。 温質は最高です！！

シングルベッドタイプとなっており、部屋の変更について問い合わせをしたが対応がスムーズで速やかに対応してくれました。しかし6月より温泉の工事が行われているとのことで風呂が男女の、いずれか片方の入浴となっており、当日までそのアナウンスも無かった。お風呂を楽しみにしており非常に残念でした。

　食べ放題を大々的に宣伝してる割にイマイチだった、館内廊下などは綺麗に改装されてるが客室が古くシミなどが目立った。 　スタッフの対応は良かったのですが、チェックインに時間が掛り過ぎて外にまで長い列が出来ていた。

料理以外はちょっと残念でした。

とりあえず、豪華な夜ご飯のために泊まります。景色はあんまないし、昭和の施設は...老けてます。でも夕飯はたしかにすごいです。いくら軍艦、ステーキ、マグロ三昧（解体もあって）とか。もちろん全部は食べ放題です。 温泉は、清潔感は充実だけど天然じゃないかと。お風呂上り体は塩素臭かった。

整體來說都非常滿意。房間很大又面對海景，晚上自助晚餐已很好。每晚更有劏金鎗魚表演，氣氛相當好。大少住客都很開心，温泉都很好。
