"This is a hidden gem. It is a very nice hotel just on the outskirt of the city but only a few minutes walk from the town hall. There is a very nice bar with outdoor seating at both the side of the building on on the street with a church view. The rooms are nicely decorated with a modern bathroom and a mini bar with a very pleasant surprise! There was plenty of parking at the rear of the hotel although this is charged via an App at £21.50 per 24 hours."

"Excellent stay, room was large with 2 large comfortable beds. , it was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff were extremely welcoming and the service was good. The only issue I would mention is although the shower cubicle is double in size the glass only comes half way which meant that water sprayed out onto the bathroom floor, an additional sliding door would improve things. We would definitely book again "

"I had to move rooms as the toilet seat was broken but the receptionist was very helpful and it was not a problem. My second room was comfortable, clean and all amenities were working . Breakfast service was excellent. Great location to all inner city amenities."

"The hotel is part of a conference building on a university campus. Once you get onto the campus the signage is very clear and I had no trouble finding the building. Nice and helpful reception staff. "We stayed for 1 night for a concert at the Utilita Arena which is in walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff in reception and at breakfast were all friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed but the bathroom was looking a bit tired. The price was excellent for a family of 4 though especially as a good breakfast buffet was included.
