They offered to unpack our car, brought the suitcases to our room and park our car for us. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. "The room was basic and clean. It was very hot but a fan was provided to help lower the heat at night. The location was within walking distance to a metro station. The employees spoke several languages and were eager to help. It was a bit noisy at night, but not unbearable."
