"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. "Just outside the old town, this was convenient for restaurants and was near to a lovely cake shop. The breakfast buffet was really good, with a wide choice. The spa was good with plenty of seating by the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
