"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. "Spacious room, good food and amazing gym and spa! Staff went the extra mile to make my stay super comfortable. They upgraded my room for free, extended my checkout until 4:30pm at no cost and left a card + chocolate in my room for my birthday. One of the best stays I've had so far!"
