"Property was great. Area is not the best but the hotel itself is nice and felt safe. No food walking distance away. If you are wanting to explore in Madrid, the hotel is a good 20-25 min drive. About 10 min drive from airport. Staff was nice and let us keep our bags there after checking out. Rooms were nice and spacious. Beds were comfy. Would stay here again if needing a place by airport. Wouldn’t recommend if you are wanting to go downtown Madrid. "

"Wasn't told about WI-FI at check nor that Lidl was3 min walk not 10 nor anytthing about breakfast nor about reminding to reserve for the return shuttle to the airport, nor about the 2 minutes walk to the corner bar. "We had a late check in and only stayed for the night but this place was so cute. They offered airport shuttle services which is what we wanted. The hotel is in what looks like a newly developed up and coming neighborhood. Our room was pretty large with a nice bathroom that had a rainfall shower head. Everything was clean and neat. Staff was nice, bar is 24 hours. The hotel is Alice and Wonderland themed which gave it a cute ambiance and they have a lot of puns embedded throughout the hotel,...
