"Very nice overall but no concierge to help with the luggage and we had to change room in between our stay"

"Good location"

"Staff were helpful well located quiet close to shilin markets"

"Very good service. Perfect location for me. Walking distance tomy favorite shopping mall."

"The toilet electric bidet could not be used at the first day. I asked for the help, but the reception said “because you don’t fully sit on the bidet.” It cannot be fixed until the next day. And seems like the staff don’t want to provide the room change. Otherwise not bad."

"Overall it is very impressive. But a bit annoyed on the last day as there is a small group tour which is very noisy in the breakfast room and they are noisy in the lobby. And takes up all the seats in the lobby. Hotel staff should tell them to behave!"
