Awesome stay for a week
Stayed for almost a week for business. Walking distance to a train station which is very assessable to other popular stations. Walking to distance to a 7-11 so no worry of getting hungry even at night as you can grab one thing or two or even a bento from there. Clean hotel , which is my top priority . Staff is very friendly, always greet each time I pass by their front counter. And they are very helpful with all my inquiries. Will stay here again definitely

The hotel is within walking distance to nearest MRT station[ Nanjing Fuxing station] which gives me easy access to other areas of Taipei. The check in process is quick and the staff is courteous. The room is quite spacious and updated with great amenities. Quite a few of local restaurants around as well as shopping stores.

This is a perfect place to stay at bade. We really enjoy the room. Breakfast so-so. The reception especially the ladies staff are super helpful.

The Wow Service!
From the front desk (Claire and Nancy) their services were outstanding (fast, friendly, thorough...) to the breakfast dining service (Eli) friendliness and all the way to the room cleaning staff were just well organized and not missed a beat.

Simple clean and adequate
Apart from a few minor broken things (bed light, shampoo bottle pump), everything is fine. Modern, clean, comfortable (better than domestic older 5-star hotels in Taipei) even have a self service laundry at R floor.

Good but different...
Food is not as flavourful as Taiwan food. Services slightly different from normal hotel. Read the instructions carefully. E.g. laundry service. If you intend to have continuous stay but bookings are made in two or more purchase. Is best to call them to verify. I was told to move between rooms as the room. After some negotiation than did they agree to assist to arrange for continuous stay in a single room.

Nice & convenient hotel in downtown area
Very convenient, 2 minutes walk from underground. Lots of restaurants around. Relatively quiet location as the hotel is not on the main street. Service is good and staff is polite and professional. Internet connection is good.

I was assigned to a room with strong cigarette smell. After communicating with the front desk, another room was assigned immediately. Very efficient and good service through out my stay. I would recommend this place.

Carpet although was vacuumed feel dirty. Not a big fan of the carpet. The service at the front desk was exceptional. They are extremely professional and courteous. This is their biggest strength. Facilities is good. Super lame fitness centre. No heavier free weights. Good patio upstairs though. My view out the window was non-existent. Try and get a room facing the street. Everything was fine. I would definitely stay again. Excellent location too!!
