Everything about this hotel’s reputation is correct. Professional multi lingual front desk, clean rooms and great location next to Taipei 101 made this hotel impressive. We did not try the breakfast instead went to food court next door. I would highly recommend and will stay again the next time we are in Taipei.

The room at the Grand Hyatt Taipei was outstanding. Many amenities were included that made the stay special. The bathtub was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and the view was exceptional. The staff was very professional and went above and beyond our expectations. I just wish we could have stayed longer. The location was excellent!

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for one night and it was amazing! From the decoration in the reception area, the cleanliness and the beautiful room I received everything was top notch! As Expedia members we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite that had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to the 101 Building which has shops, a food court and entertainment. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is good, Taipei 101 and Taipei Cityhall station are within walking distant. The room is very comfortable, the service is top notch. Love the complimentary spa.

An excellent hotel

A truly 5-star hotel with all the comfort you can expect. The breakfast is excellent. A particular plus is the outdoor swimming pool. All sport activities are included, making it also good value for money.
