"Be aware there is no cleaning and having now stayed in a few rooms, each has hair remaining from previous guests. When I flagged this they said the cleaners would come - the cleaners changed half the towels (not all), left all rubbish on the top (there is no bin) and did nothing about the hair visible on the floor. The bottles for the body wash etc. were broken and so couldn’t be used and the shelf itself was broken so the bottles would fall off if you did attempt to use. It’s impossible to get through to speak to reception from the AI bot and even when you do they ignore you and do nothing about your request. "

"We loved everything about this hotel except the fact we didn’t really get much sleep for the two nights we were there. There’s not much they can do about the noise from the bars and restaurants but I think they could let their perpetual clients know upon booking that this is the situation and that way they can make an informed decision to go forward with their booking based on all the information."

"We had a good stay. Handy to everything particularly the light rail which was our deciding factor for the booking. One draw back was the lack of space. We only had cabin luggage each so minimalistic requirement and still no place to put bags. It would have been a real issue of we'd had lager suitcases. Also, the bathroom door was heavy set on a slow close then slammed. We were constantly conscious of disturbing guests. Other than that all good 😊 "

"Beautiful stay! Great location across the road from the beach. Great hotel amenities - room service, onsite restaurants, pool. Rooms are a little small (especially bathroom), but we loved our ocean view balcony room. Would stay again and highly recommend. "

"Place was dirty and overflowing with other people's personal belongings all over the floor in the common space in the room. Couldn't access my bed without tip toeing around other people's open suit cases and had no space for my stuff. Felt like people were living there and that I was an inconvenience living in their space. Management should try and enforce guests treating communal spaces better. "

"Property fine but no smoking anywhere. Made things difficult for me with 2 small kids. Also don't appreciate being discriminated against for something legal. Shower in room TERRIBLE."
