"Hotel room was decent enough and spacious enough for family of 4. Recommend to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The pool and view however was spectacular. Hotel was conveniently located to some great restaurants and short drive to the city. "
"Outstanding service and lots of details taken care of well. They even provided toothbrushes and paste which we had forgotten. Shower was a bit challenging but not enough to be a problem. Breakfast was great and our pup was welcomed everywhere."
"We loved staying in this hotel with its unique history and beautiful decor. It is a special place in a wonderful location and we had fabulous views from our balcony. The walk to Morcote took under 30 minutes with lovely views but you need to wear trainers as the path is uneven. We also enjoyed walking to the castle through the vineyards and exploring lake Lugano by bus and boat. We tended to get Uber taxi’s back up to to hotel as it was a steep climb ( cost 18CHF) "
"Easily one of the most incredible hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Expensive, yes, worth it, absolutely! We arrived from Milan a lot earlier than the check in window, and they offered to hold our bags, gave us an tour of all of the amenities the hotel had to offer, and give us a complimentary car to drive ourselves to the city center while we waited for our room. After driving back from the city center and turning the car back in, we were showed our room and left with chocolates and wine while...
"This hotel is nicely located in the center of Lugano. Breakfast was wonderful! Our room was spotless, and it seemed quite new. The desk gave us an unexpected credit at their Mixology bar, which was a really helpful bonus. Would certainly recommend staying here!"

"Hotel reception provides wrong information regarding the access to hotel , we travel by tourist bus and bus cannot access area as there is 3.5 metre bridge before we enter the hotel area and we need to use shuttle service from hotel approx 200-300
Metre away 2-3 times to transfer luggage and guests and also reception said they spent 2 hours with us as we have to pay 150 chf non receipt from local police and 150 chf from hotel for such a time spending with our group
