"A wonderful dinner was included in our stay. The chef came out to explain each dish. There is an outdoor bathtub that is amazing."

"We were at Caravan room, it was very good place and nice location even a bit far from train station but we can took a bus to train station easily. Here is where i could recommend at Matsumoto to stay and enjoy your day"

"Comfort Inn Shioriji — Great Value for Budget Travelers If you're looking for a no-frills base camp for exploring Matsumoto, Azumino, or Kamikochi without breaking the bank, Comfort Inn Shioriji delivers exactly what you need and nothing more. The hotel has ample parking lot for guests. Our room came with a double bed and a bunk bed, comfortably sleeping three — a solid setup for small groups or families traveling on a budget. Check-in was effortless, and the staff were friendly and helpful...

"Peaceful retreat with access to great natural beauty."

"Older hotel with average room ( clean) but Everything you need for a business hotel. Friendly staff , walking distance from chino station. Public bath is always great to have ."

"The hotel is kids-friendly so I highly recommend this place for families who are looking for an onsen stay that welcomes children. The hotel itself is very big and offers various activities. I wish they could improve the traffic at the breakfast buffet. We had to wait for 10-15 mins but it's closed at 9am sharp which meant we had little time to enjoy our breakfast. Will definitely go back when we visit Nagono again."
