"They didn’t have a room available to us after it was booked a week prior and fully paid. Then they found a room after 20 min search and also double charged us on the check out. Even though we fully pré-paid our stay through Expedia, hôtel charged us for the room by providing an invoice on a Check out. Unpleasant experience that was not anticipated from a Fairmont"

"Really happy with this hotel, especially since we received a great rate. The breakfast buffet which I added onto the 1 night was one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts I’ve had. The location is perfect about 10 mins from the Waterfront Station, which is the main train station to take you to all points. All staff we came across were friendly & helpful. Starting with the bell man, who warmly greeted us & held our luggage for us till the room was ready. Check in & out was seamless & very organized. The room was a decent size, upgraded to a beautiful harbor view with a balcony! Very nice! Bed was super comfy, nice, clean, quiet room. Checked out the pool & it looked nice too. The scent in the lobby is amazing! Thank you! "

"Wonderful location for our concert at the Orpheum. Beautiful, immaculate room! It was SO convenient to have parking available. The staff were great and very accommodating. The room facing the street was too noisy for my husband, but they facilitated a change. (The room facing the street was still fine for the couple traveling with us.) There are three restaurants at the same address. We’d recommend this hotel!"

The guestroom hallways and elevators look like they are falling apart. My balcony door was broken and wouldn't open smoothly or lock properly. There was a musty smell in the room."
