Easy check-in, they even got us our room early. Decent size room. Definitely loved that the pool and hot tub were open until 11:00pm, and the free breakfast vouchers for each day was amazing! It was a great breakfast, hot foods, fresh fruit, pastries, juice, coffee and teas and lots of options. The only negative was the flat pillows and the tub didn’t drain very well. Staff were friendly and it’s right by everything.

Loved our stay! The property is large and has a resort feel. In the perfect area to walk everywhere. Room was large and spacious. Guest services was accommodating in providing us with firmer pillow and slippers. The hallway carpet and gym ceiling could be slightly cleaner but the equipment Is plentiful. Overall the highlights are the spacious rooms, walkable location, resort feel and many many amenities available. Will definitely stay again

This is one of the nicest and cleanest hotels we have stayed. It has an amazing fitness center and great pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for recommending Granville island. Lots of good shopping and food.
