"The staff were not friendly at all somehow rude and unwelcoming. They never smile and even seem very reluctant to greet you. To be honest, this is not really a hotel, so don’t expect hotel-level service. They don’t properly clean the rooms. The “room service” basically means putting a new toilet roll in the bathroom they don’t even change the towels. The breakfast is exactly the same every day, with very little variety. But the most irritating part of the whole experience was the reception...

"Sehr nettes Personal. Trotz zu früher Anreise, sofort alles in die Wege geleitet, dass wir früher unser Zimmer beziehen konnten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und mit leiser Musik und Blick aud die Rhone sehr sehr angenehm"

"Très bien, appartement spacieux"

"Very nicely and cozy decorated little holidayhouse."

"I have traveled extensively and visited 45 countries, so I have stayed at many different hotels around the world. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. I was surprised that the hotel did not allow check-in until 4:00 p.m. When I arrived, the reception staff member was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Perhaps that is simply her usual manner, or perhaps I happened to arrive at a busy time, but as a guest, I would have appreciated a warmer and more welcoming...

"Definitely worth the drive to stay there. Beautiful property and a a top notch staff."

"That was fine Nice breakfast on the patio"

"Very comfortable and modern rooms , wonderful breakfast with staff very helpful"

"Nice location and an excellent buffet next door. The room was adequate, but it would’ve been helpful to have a few more towels and simple amenities like a shower, cap, etc. The breakfast was OK but the croissants were fantastic. The coffee was also very good."

"The hotel advertises they have a restaurant every evening, but I was advised on check in that restaurant wasn’t open on my first night. I thought this was rather poor given it is a hotel airport and there was no forewarning so I couldn’t make other meal plans. Otherwise great stay."

"Un hôtel familial très à l'écoute de ses clients . Personnel disponible et souriant. Notre petite fille a adoré"

"Väldigt bra hotell, prisvärt, bra frukost, stora rum. Roligt med möjlighet till vattenparken, man får inträde dit i priset!"

"Grande terrasse agréable Petit déjeuner incomplet, pas de lait, pas de couteau pour le pain,. Prix honnête pour la qualité"

"Todo muy bien"

"Personal atento, adecuada limpieza, y buen estacionamiento"
