"Our room was 1004, first night we couldn’t sleep with the sound of like whirlwind from our room"

"Great"

"Central location, very responsive staff, good facilities, pillows could be better. I spent the night constantly shifting trying to find a flat spot, but they were far too lofty and dense."

"Perfect location, easy access, super clean and tidy"

"Hotel is in an ideal spot with the Cavill Ave tram stop just meters down the road. Staff are fantastic and we were always well looked after. Fridays and Saturday nights can be a little bit noisy but that’s something you need to expect when you are right by Surfers Paradise beach. Breakfast was well worth it and was always fresh."

"When we arrived we were very disappointed to learn there was a building site next door and our balcony was practically over looking it. We were not informed about this prior to our stay, unless we would have not booked here. The day we arrived the weather was very windy and the patio doors on our ocean view room were banging. We were bitterly disappointed but once we spoke to Bernice on reception we couldn’t fault the excellent customer service we received. She upgraded us to a fabulous suite...

"Rooms, kitchen, coffee machine and fridge were in excellent condition & were extremely clean, neat and tidy. Massive amount of restaurants & bars surrounding the hotel as well as grocery stores. Staff were very fast, helpful & informative. Would definitely stay here again. 2 minute walk to the beach & tram which can access most of the Gold Coast & V8 Supercars racetrack."

"Amazing views and a great location"

"We had an issue with our booking when we arrived which had been reserved for the wrong dates. This was due to a mistake at Expedia's end and not the staff who were really helpful in getting it resolved for us. The location is great, close to local bars/restaurants and localed inside a well maintained gated community which seems very private and quiet at first. Unfortunately the residences at the peninsula overlook a busy roundabout on a main highway which created heavy traffic noise around the...

"Near by the beach and shopping street. The service apartment is equipped with all thing that we want. Staff is adorable and awesome."

"ที่พัก วิวดีมากๆๆ อุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ พร้อมสรรพ "

"Location is excellent. Staff were pleasant. Limited entertainment options on TV. No Netflix. Floors were not very clean - carpet and tile area. Had issues with heating not working properly. Had to have it attended to on multiple occasions."

"The staff were fantastic, helpful and very friendly. The room was spacious enough and clean with a large bathroom. I would have given this motel a 100% approval except that the walls are a little thin and I had some very noisy neighbors. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable enough that I was able to sleep well once the next room tuned it down."

"My partner and I stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed it, generally, but my expectations were off. The room and kitchen had everything we needed, the location was quiet, and right next to the tram stop, which we used A LOT. I also loved the jacuzzi. However I was expecting something more modern, as the furnishings need serious updating. The TV would sometimes also not work unless i switched the power off and on. We were surprised that there was no room service, only once every 7 days... so we had to...
