Staff was great but I called ahead to make sure that the hot tub working ( a couple of days before I arrived) & was told it was. When we went to use it the water was warm ( not warm enough) but no jets. I called the front desk & was told that maintenance told them they’ve been waiting for ‘a part’ ...
