"We had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is very convenient — close to Wawel Castle and the Jewish district of Kazimierz, which made exploring the city easy. A special thank you to Paula at the reception, who was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Most of the staff were friendly, although the service in the F&D department was not always very welcoming. One small downside was an unpleasant smell...

"Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und die Lage ist super – der Marktplatz ist nicht weit entfernt. Besonders schön ist der direkte Blick auf die Wawel-Burg und die Weichsel.Das Hotel bietet ein Schwimmbad, einen Fitnessraum und eine Sauna. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch, dass im Poolbereich immer ein Mitarbeiter zur Aufsicht anwesend war."

"Great hotel, lovely friendly staff. Room was all we needed, spotlessly clean, serviced each day. Breakfast was brilliant, so much choice and all lovely fresh food. Thank you for my gluten free bread each morning. "

"The hotel is located in a fantastic area with coffee shops, resturants, bars in every street from the hotel, the night life is very vibrant and prices are much cheaper than in the old town which is 25 minute walk. The hotel is very clean, room is cleaned everyday, the breafast and service were on point. I feel the rooms could be updated to acmodern feel howver this is a very minor negative Would highly recommend due to the location."
