"My first impression was awful. The room a bit fusty and old school. The bed was large and the mattress comfortable, but there was only a duvet the size of a large tea towel. And a crazy assortment of oddball pillows. But I made do, covering myself at night with a couple of shawl-like things that were in the room. "Fantastic time, the staff were very friendly and helpful,the area was a short walk from the town square with shops restaurants bars and pubs, you could eat and drink cheaply or go for a more expensive meal. Will be going back as we enjoyed it so much. Krakow is beautiful."

"Great location, spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff. An amazing breakfast every morning! We were at the front of the hotel on main road to the square so it could get noisy at night with window open, however the aircon is good so quiet with the window closed.
