Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Walking distance to Krakow main square, lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Also next to the 'kiss & ride' pickup/dropoff. Unfortunately when we stayed the elevators were not working and it was a bit of a walk to use the stairs or use the back elevators. Also blow dryer doesn't work well.

Lovely front desk staff. Nice restaurant and coffee shop staff. Hotel was utilitarian often seen in large “convention” type hotels. Carpets were hideous to be frank. Not charming but functional. Good location to walk town.

The property is clean and well maintained. The staff we very helpful and supportive. The room was very clean and the extra amenities were impressive. We very much enjoyed the extravagant breakfast the next morning. We will return!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff at the front desk, as well as management, and the cleaning crew were all very courteous and kind. The location of the hotel is excellent, right by the old town square. Walking pretty much everywhere is very convenient I would highly recommend this place for visiting krakow.

Our first time in Krakow and we had an amazing stay. Staff were all helpful esp the Manager who took time to chat with us. Well done to the whole team. Facilities were all great. Breakfast fantastic and lots of choices. Rooms very clean and the AC was perfect. Cant fault anything and will definitely stay again. Thank u everyone for making our stay u forgettable.

Room very clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. We only had breakfast one morning but was plentiful and eggs cooked to order. Only a 15 min flat walk from the main train Station and five minutes to old town. Cafe Nero directly opposite. Staff helpful and had a 1400 check out which was useful due to a more flight home. Good place to stay!!
