Clean, perfect and only a few steps from the old town center. Rooms are smaller, but everything is very clean and well maintained. VERY convenient to shopping at the Galleria Krakoska. If you want to know what it’s like to live in the Stare Miesto - Old Town Center- and enjoy evening walks - this is the place.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a bit on the small side but spotlessly clean and quiet. It's just a 5 minute walk to the square with coffee shops nearby. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment which was unfortunate as we'd booked it based on it catering for vegans, but the staff provided breakfast in a nearby venue and liaised with them to cater for us so it wasn't the end of the world.

This hotel is in a perfect location just 4-5 minutes stroll to the main square in krakow, close enough so everything is on your door step and far enough away so your not on top of all the pubs. The staff were very polite helpful and courteous, I found the hotel to be very clean and excellent value for money. We came over for my brothers 50th birthday and had a great time if I come to krakow again I will book this hotel again.
