We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful hotel in Krakow with our family on March 15. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-organized. The staff was professional, friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the quality of the amenities. Highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again!
