"Ontbijt box was niet compleet. We miste drinken erin.

"Absolutely loved staying here. The welcome was warm (with an upgraded room as a bonus). The restaurant was beautiful and the food was incredible. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast next morning came with the most incredible view."

"Highly recommend. The hotel is super clean. Breakfast is awesome. Staff is great! Strategically located being super close to Centrale. IQ hotel made our visit to Milan more enjoyable!"

"Very Disappointing Experience 👎 The only positive aspect of our stay was the comfortable bed. Everything else was disappointing, especially the breakfast. By 9:00 a.m., there was no cheese or ham left, the selection was extremely limited, and there were no plant-based milk alternatives. "The staff were immediately helpful and friendly and the room was very clean, well appointed and well designed. Breakfast was exactly what I have come to expect from Italian hotels, great food, great variety and fantastic coffee. Easy and convenient to get too from the train station."

"The hotel is located at a beautiful spot overlooking lake Como, stunning views. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. However the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate, very confusing set up with various entrances, staircases and elevators. Difficult to get luggage in and out."
