"This property had the friendliest staff I've ever seen. They gave us nice upgrades and were very helpful with providing answers and tips for sightseeing. When some members of our party were doing a very early checkout, they packed to-go breakfast for them without our asking. Their breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious and we really enjoyed swimming in the multiple beaches right outside. Several restaurants and cute stores within walking distance as well."

"Let me start by saying that this isn't a Bed and Breakfast! We were told Breakfast wasn't available, also told it wasn't open as well as told it wasn't part of our package so not really sure in the end! We had to wait half an hour outside for someone to come and let us in, despite giving them an eta earlier in the day (which was bang on) and then half an hour warning also. "The overall stay was 7/10! Signs ask guests not to bring outside food to the pool area or patio but two different groups had snacks and drinks with them! We wanted to have our snacks but didn't. There was mold in oue shower too- please take care of that. Otherwise, we had a lovely and relaxed time."

"This was a great location to get to old town using their free shuttle service they offer guests and it was steps down to the great beaches. This is a great hotel and recommend it to families with children as we had 3 children under 10 and they loved it all. The free breakfast was exceptional and took advantage of it every morning. "Pubic hair on the bedside table and dust all over the floor on arrival. Didn’t have wine glasses or a bottle of wine in our room on arrival which other friends in our group did have even though they’d paid for exactly the same room. Shower quality was poor, leaked all over the floor and the spa ran out of towels daily. Housekeeping came into our room without knocking an hour before we were due to checkout. The staff was beyond kind and accommodating and had so many recommendations for food and activities in the area. It was a privilege to spend time in Omis in this beautiful place."
