"Very quaint and beautiful place"

"Location is ok- about 10 min walk to the old town Aix (pedestrian only area and hard to get with a car) on a quiet residential street. There is plenty of street parking around the hotel, very reasonably priced if you leave for most part of the day. We would drive to our day trips at 8 am and come back at 5-6pm. No need to pay for parking after 7pm until 8 am and on weekends. Hotel never tells you that- they have 12 Euro per day parking Breakfast was typical- selection of eggs, pancakes, fruit,...

"Ett relativt ok hotell i utkanten av staden. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter."

"I did not feel comfortable staying at this property. Access to the building was unrestricted, and I did not observe any visible security measures, which made me feel unsafe. This accommodation was the owner's apartment rather than a traditional hotel room, and the level of service was different from what I expected. Reception staff were not available to assist with issues related to the apartment. I’m unsure if there were any cameras in the apartment. We were not informed breakfast was not...

"Très bel hôtel, parfaitement placé pour visiter le centre d’Aix en Provence. Chambre familiale agréable même si la salle d’eau est un peu juste pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Excellent petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité et des plats fait maison. Personnel accueillant. Nous recommandons."

"Me gusto la calidad del hotel y los servicios así como su ubicación."

"Bien !"

"The hotel is gorgeous! Very beautiful! The staff were awesome! So helpful! I can’t wait to come back!"

"Great location. Easy access to highways. Breakfast was underwhelming. Camille at the front desk, was the highlight of the stay. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful would be the first accolades I would offer her! She made the stay!"

"Super bonito, limpio, muy bien ubicado, personal muy amable, todo fue perfecto! 100% recomendable"

"Great location for easy walking access to all shopping restaurants etc Our room was not cleaned at all one day and another day we had to ask for cups glasses etc. Housekeeping needs improvement We do not recommend breakfast. Only had it one day and opted to have breakfast elsewhere."

"Room is clean but smelled like vinegar when we go in. Had to air it out. The AC doesn’t go very low so gets warm at night. The shower set up was interesting because there’s nothing keeping water from splashing. Pool is nice. The hotel is outside of the old town but walkable to the center so it was nice."

"This is a gem of a 5 star luxury hotel where the staff goes above and beyond. It is perfectly located close to the city center with a pool and spa that make it feel like you’re staying in a resort . Between the accommodations, service and staff I couldn’t recommend it more highly ."

"Room is outdated. If you dont use the spa facility it's not worth it. cannot open the door to use the balcony. After housekeepi"

"We booked last minute and the room was perfect. The hotel is tiny, the room was tiny but we didn't care at all about the size because it was so comfortable, clean, warm, quiet and private. It was at the top of 3 flights of narrow stairs that were perhaps a little challenging with suitcases but it didn't matter, it was totally worth the effort, because the experience was so romantic. We spent a lot of time soaking in the little bathrub, a rather rare find in more modern, "convenient" hotels. The...
