The location was perfect, right off a main street with tons of bars, restaurants, and shops. It was a short walk (<1 mile) to most of the main attractions in Sofia. The staff was excellent. "The bamboo lounge at the bottom of the hotel played the loudest music with every beat of the bass resounding through the floors and walls of the hotel. We were on the 5th floor and it felt that the party was right underneath us until 4am in the MORNING!!!!!!!! Leaving us all with next to NO SLEEP! what is the point of a hotel if you can get sleep?! Booked a room for two adults and two kids with doubled bed and sofa bed, arrived with two single beds and a sofa bed. When reception was called to see if they can offer us a double bed at least, they said we just have to deal with it as the hotel is fully booked."
