The hotel was super new and top class, but the best thing was the people and the customer service. After checking out I had a problem with my car which ws parked in the hotels excellent car park. The car wouldn't start and these incredible staff helped to find a new battery, they took me to the car parts shop, translated for me and helped me install it. Sometimes you can lose faith in people but this hotels technician (who I did not get his name, but was so helpful) and the amazing hotel manager Albena Yovkova showed me kindness and service that demonstrates the very best in people. If I could give this hotel and it's staff a 100 stars it would not be enough, it deserves a million. Thank you Blue Star Luxuary hotel and to everyone that made this stay such a good one.

I must admit that the hotel is really new.Staff young and friendly.A bit far from city center ( by car round about 15 min ) Hotel in new area,very close to shoping mall Paradise. There is underground parking,what is really comfortable,if you arrived by car.There are coffe machine,water heater( few tea bags ) ,every morning -new bottle of water.I was really satisfied with my stay, even prolong it ..and I got my first disappointments, unfortunately. In the gym/sauna was no towels and no water.I went to reception to ask ...and unfortunately it was not delivered until I end my exercisises and sauna ...40! min. So I wipe my self with my tshirt ...Funny enough for 3+ start hotel. When I came for breakfast, another disappointment awaited me-9:45 was NO FOOD LoL.So I had to go to nearest retourant ( 5 min walk very decent restourant GORA ) These "unpleasant" little things, I think, are more of a "staff" inattention, because the hotel itself, its interior, is very aesthetic and cozy with attention to even small details, what has to make the stay compfortable.

Outstanding Hotel, located in the heart of Krastova Vada, easy walk to the mall where you can find anything you need. There are gyms close by, as well as a huge grocery store across the street. Absolutely ideal location for all your needs.

Sehr schönes neues Hotel mit riesigen Zimmern, super gemühtlichen und grossen Betten - 2m breit. Man erreicht das Metro in wenigen Minuten, das Paradise Center ebenfalls. Ich würde jedem empfehlen bei Happy in Paradise Center essen zu gehen. Wir würden wieder kommen.
