The location was perfect (close to the Old Town and steps from Wawel Castle) and a great base for exploring Krakow and beyond. It was also great value - I would highly recommend!"

"Loft Affair (Louvre Studios) cancelled the evening before our arrival our reservation creating us a big problem. We cannot judge whether the place and the rooms are nice, clean, quiet as we could not stay there... but we can certainly judge the lack of professionalism of Loft Affair!!! Cancelling last minute a pre-paid reservation, booked well on time ahead of the travel date, is simply a lousy customer experience. Cannot therefore recommend Loft Affair. Can however recommend hotels.com...
