When wife and i stayed, the receptionists were very polite and informative. However, there was 'bits' on the floor in the room that never disappeared as the room did not seem to ever get vacuumed, just the beds made and new towels. Otherwise, all was great.

Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Staff were so helpful. The room was really clean and we were able to have an adjoining room for the rest of our family. AC Hotel by Marriott Krakow
We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are clean, comfortable and absolutely massive! Bed was made every day, fresh towels provided and free bottled water to take with us on our busy days. Amazing value for the price, would 100% stay here again.
