"My husband and I came to this hotel after leaving another due to the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of another. It was a breath of fresh air. The elevator even smelled better. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Cute little Bluey stickers or the toilet paper and tissues (we don't even have kids and we thought it was cute). The shower was huge and really nice. Definitely wish we would've stayed here both of our nights in VA."

"My husband and I had two nights booked and we left after the first night and went somewhere else. The room was just nasty. Right when we walked in the door, there was stuff splattered/stuck on the wall. Every nook, cranny, and crevice was just dirty. Like, they clean the necessities (bed, shower, sink, toilet) and they haven't cleaned anything else in who knows how long. Every piece of furniture was damaged in some form or another. The blackout curtains were riddled with holes. The room overall was in need of a lot of small general repairs (wall cracks and such). Many other reviews mentioned that the hotel is in need of being updated and that's exactly what it needs. The hotel we stayed at the next night - the elevator even smelled cleaner and I felt I could physically relax when I walked in our room. We tried to tell ourselves it was just a bed to sleep in at night, but we just couldn't do it."

"This was a disappointing hotel. While the suite was spacious, the whole building smelled like dirty laundry or unwashed people, including our room. There were lots of stains on the carpet both inside and outside of the suite, and I suspect it is the source of the smell. The large stain outside the door of our room set the tone for the interior. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The bedroom curtains do a very poor job of blocking out the parking lot lights, so my partner, who is sensitive to light, needed to wear an eye mask to sleep. The couch was a horror - filthy looking, and sunken. The caulking in the bathroom would have looked better if it had been applied by a blind person with a broken stick. We ran into friends who, surprisingly, turned out to be staying at the same hotel. We were all in agreement that this place gives flophouse vibes; "what a dump" was the phrase of the night. I am giving it two stars because the staff was polite and I didn't see any bedbugs or roaches. But I would not choose to stay here again unless the hotel has a major renovation."

"This was the 4th time i have stayed there. My room didn't have a place to hang cloths. Bath room didn't have a place for towels. The safety latch was missing from door. Iwould stay there agin but would ask for a different room. "

"Property seemed fairly new. Very clean. Breakfast had a good variety. Seemed to be in a very noisy neighborhood for barking dogs and traffic, even for early Sunday morning. "
