"Some of the rooms are looking a little bedraggled but they have always been very clean and the beds are very comfortable and the staff are wonderful "
"Very competitive price for a comfortable room. Accommodation( total of 4 rooms) was adjacent to and accessed via the village pub , but we did not hear a thing ! Nice outdoor space for relaxing or dining/ drinking.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again.
Only considerations are staircase up to accommodation and breakfast is not served in the pub. "

"I stayed for one night whilst travelling for a mixture of business and pleasure. It had been a long hot day so it was a pleasure to step into the cool of this lovely old inn. The welcome was warm and friendly and in fact I think the friendliness of the staff is my standout reason to stay.
