"I am giving the place a total of 2 star. The reason for 2 star is because 1) Friendly staff 2) Free parking 3) Close to Airport.
The property did not meet my expectations because of multiple reasons.
1) Room was not clean, cobwebs everywhere including the inbuilt radio which was next to the bed.
2) Room was smelling of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room
3) Damp smell
4) Mattress was horrible, it was hard and in the middle of the bed was pressed down. Believe the springs are worn out....
"Everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond. They were so helpful and friendly. They looked after us during our stay. The hotel was great and we would stay there again and recommend this hotel. Decent size room. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room to put your belongings. Everywhere was clean. The list could go on. The adjoining restaurant were also amazing. Staff were great and the food/drinks were delicious. We would recommend here too. Car park was a decent size and easy to park."
"All staff were welcoming and very friendly. Comfy bed. The room smell was too much with laundry or cleaning products that are heavy with synthetic fragrances and gave me a headache in the first hour. Less is more, not everyone can tolerate it.
