"When checking in, I was told I had been allocated a room in the adjoining building, which as someone who had just had spinal surgery, the extra walking didn’t suit me at all. After they found me a room in the main building, I discovered it had an extra 2 beds in it, which left not a lot of room space. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and I had to go down to the bar to get a coffee to take back to my room. Not good ! Bed was comfortable enough and tv worked. Best thing if the stay was the shower, it was outstanding. Don’t think I would stay there again 🤔"

"Room lovely- first time I’ve been away and not missed my own bed. Breakfast was gorgeous. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. My only concern was while sat in the bar area a woman was training staff (Middle aged woman with a german(?) accent) and started berating a staff member loudly in front of customers in the bar/ queuing for check-in - this was very unprofessional- and the staff member she was berating was a lovely, helpful lad."
