"Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October)."

"Staff was wonderful! Outside garden is beautiful! Needs to update the rooms!"

"Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely location. Very nice breakfast."

"We loved our stay! The staff were friendly and there was always something to do. The pool was great, parking, food, the rooms. My daughter cried when we left."

"I spent one week at Mitsis resort in October 2026. Unfortunately, despite booking a Superior Double Sea View room, my initial experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was allocated room 306 on the ground floor. The balcony faced the wall of another building, with no sea view at all (see photo). "Really good hotel. It’s a boutique and therefore you are treated especially well by the staff and family who own the hotel. The location is by the coast with 5min walk to a lovely beach area. Breakfast is good and the gym is ideal. The massage chairs are a great touch and very useful. The rooms are very good size with kitchen and with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. A very good and calm place to stay and Heraklion is very nearby."

"Great location, great facilities and the staff are superb."

"Lovely hotel and lovely touches put in place for my partners birthday. Would come back!"
