The Studio Apt at Stay 365 in Heraklion, where we spent 3 overnights, was located close to a bus stop where you could easily reach busses to the Heraklion Archaeological Museum & also Knossos. We could also walk to a nearby grocery store, which was large & carried everything we needed for simple meals. The room itself was wonderful- spacious, comfortable bed, open concept bathroom with 2 sinks, large shower, seperate toilet, small kitchen, & a large living room area. The staff at Stay 365 was very kind & helpful, especially Petros, who was at the reception most of the time during our stay. My husband & I enjoyed our stay & think you will, too.

The hotel was great, the room was fantastic and the staff were exceptional especially Jessica and Petros. They were so kind and helpful. From helping with food orders to getting around the city, they were so nice. The room was wonderful and the shower was perfect. Large with a rain head shower. We would definitely stay here again!!

The staff was very helpful, especially Petras. We locked ourselves out by mistake and he came to our rescue right away. Our car and our room felt very safe. The room was beautiful, appeared to be newly renovated and very clean. The breakfast was great, fresh and a lot of variety to choose from. We highly recommend. It was a little further from Heraklion then we were expecting but feel like that’s a good thing. A lot quieter nicer.

Stay was work/conference for 3 days and 4 days holiday.room was very good studio type flat.Reception staff were very helpful.The building is very modern looking and surrounded by everyday flats and some derelict looking areas but this is typical Crete.Felt very safe walking about.20 minute walk into city.Taxi base not far away so would arrive within 3 or 4 minutes.AB supermarket maybe 200 metres away plus lots of local smaller shops and cafes nearby on main road into city centre.For the price it was good quality and clean.There was a little cafe and breakfast area.Didnt use it but looked nice.I would definitely stay again

tutto molto bene noi avevamo una suite con giardino tavolino e sedie e dondolo molto pulita super attrezzata anche per chi come noi ci facevamo da mangiare vicinissimi vari supermercati per fare la spesa comodissimo parcheggio per l'auto su strada o dietro alle camere per la sua posizione ci vuole auto sia per andare nelle spiagge vicine sia per andare al centro ma al porto c'è un parcheggio che per tre ore la sera paghi 3 € la ragazza al bar molto gentile e simpatica ma Petros fa la differenza con il suo sorriso e il suo modo di fare per spiegarti i posti migliori da vedere sempre molto disponibili su tutto anche a tenerci i bagagli in attesa della ns camera anche con check in anticipato siamo stati 8 notti benissimo a ottobre e non saremmo proprio venuti via creta bellissima spiagge stupende e un'acqua dai colori spettacolari con bagni unici ugo e graziella
