"The whole hotel was out of shampoo! If they would have told us, we could have gone to the store to buy some! However, we only figured it out when we went to shower at 10 pm.
The grab and go breakfast is a muffin, mini yogurt and hard boiled egg. There was only 1 egg left so we shared it. Unacceptable."
