"Great hotel. Good rooms. Perfect location. Airport trans would be great. "

"A/C was not working. Informed staff 50 minutes after check in. Was advised that they will investigate. Could not open windows either as bugs were sitting outside. Nothing was resolved while I stayed there. Mattress was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs. All in all the stay was uncomfortable."

The listing advertised two separate rooms with a kitchen, bathroom, and living room, but we were instead put in a cramped attic with two beds pushed right next to each other—no space to walk or even open suitcases. There were no outlets for charging, no WiFi, and the connection was terrible. We were also forced to share the space with strangers, which was never disclosed and made us very uncomfortable. We requested a refund due to the completely misleading listing, and the host offered no solutions or accommodations. This place is not as advertised at all. Save your money and stay somewhere else."
