The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel if very easily accessible from the train station.
If we were ever in Helensburgh again we would certainly stay

"The staff at the hotel were all lovely people which made our stay something special. Our only negative comment is the TV in the room is way too small and the remote was very worn. The breakfast and dinner quality & options were excellent, prices were all good and service at all levels was top rate. Thank you to all the staff!

"Where to start? What's not to like here. A stunning loch-side location; beautiful and well-appointed room overlooking the loch, Nespresso facilities, great shower-room. The breakfasts were excellent. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and could not fault a thing. The choice, presentation and taste of the food were all superb. We had a minor issue in our room but the staff were onto it and it was fixed in no time. I couldn't recommend this place more."

"The hotel was very quiet and quaint. The breakfast was good and Ample. There is no lift between floors but the staircase was quite good. There was enough parking for the guests."
"I only spent one night here but I thought the the hotel was very good. The room was spacious and very comfortable, couldn’t get the TV to work but that could be me. The evening meal was good and served well.
One note to let it down, the surly staff member at breakfast is no help to your business."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Beach House. We are a family of 4 with young children and a dog. We had a quadruple family room which was a really good size and nicely finished with a wonderful loch view. The location is excellent, with a little beach outside that was completely empty whenever we went, despite the nearby village feeling busy.
