"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Lovely rooms with all the comforts you could require. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful. Breakfast was good, a variety of fruits, cereals, continental breakfast staples and cooked English breakfast offered as well. Would recommend and stay again."

"Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay "

"The Room was clean but tired? The bathroom was very tired but worked. Piping hot water.. and a big of water stained bath? The decor in the bathroom was very tired- but it was clean.
