"The property is not far from Brighton City Centre. The price was reasonable. We did not have dinner there, but the breakfast was excellent, good menu with lots of choices. It was good quality food and delicious. We would be happy to use the hotel again."

"The hotel corridor was very dark, the room was dark, couldnt see to put key card in. Lighting in the room was bad. No light over unit where tea and coffee facilities were. Had to use my phone to see some light switches."

"I liked the location near the motorway - it's a busy golf and leisure club. Car park was full. Very quiet location, rooms spacious but there's no air conditioning. Nice bar where you can get a drink or a snack. Breakfast was nice - service not quite on point"

"A great location on our way to Brighton. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The evening meals and breakfast were both delicious with great presentation. A lovely setting. It was an incredibly hot night and a fan aided sleep. Would definitely return."

"We stayed here overnight as our flight was delayed and arrived near the midnight. There is a shuttle at Gatwick platform 9 (south terminal) that will take you to this hotel for £5. The check in was straight forward and easy. The room was super clean with comfortable bed and quiet. Highly recommend for any overnight stay and easy access to Gatwick."

"The staff was pretty pleasant when we arrived. The check-in was quick. I think the only issue that I really had is that one they don’t offer face towels. To wash your face. There was no refrigerator in the rooms and we had a special-needs child, nonverbal and we needed a refrigerator in the room. We had to utilize ice back to keep his food cold. It was a quick stay."

"Our stay at The Lamb was lovely a very friendly welcome, a beautiful spacious room with nice fresh decor. Plenty tea and coffee making facilities. Staff were so helpful, couldn’t do enough for you. Met the proprietor and took the time to stop and chat several times during our stay. We were attending the Goodwood festival of speed and a perfect location a 20 min drive. Had dinner and a breakfast both lovely plenty of choice for breakfast and freshly cooked. We will certainly be returning and...

"Pleasant country hotel. Welcoming staff. Clean comfortable room. Close to Gatwick. On flight path but no planes between 23.00 and 6.00. Slept well. Adequate parking available. Good value for money."
