Perfectly fine stay for just one night. If staying in Brighton longer we’d probably stay elsewhere. Our room was good and spacious - had everything we needed for a night. Lobby and breakfast room very dated and shabby. Staff at breakfast were quite moody unfortunately (although cleaning staff were really friendly!). Quality of the cooked breakfast wasn’t too great but decent selection of things for the continental breakfast. If you need somewhere for a short stay and can get a good rate, I’d recommend it.

Clean room, lovely welcoming staff, set in a nice area (the beach is literally across the road, Hove town centre is a 10min walk and good bus links to Brighton). Would visit again.

Also the room with the terrace was amazing and the cleaness was on point and smelt fresh. Was very happy with everything and would definitely recommend this hotel. Great staff throughout the hotel, didn't eat there as it was a bit pricey at £34 for 2 breakfasts. Mango & Chilli restaurant attached looked lovely, as did the food, but Thai is not our thing, so missed that as well, but can't knock the presentation or aromas, smelt great.
