"Fab location and room gorgeous, clean, tidy, easy to locate room, Parking a blessing."

"Clean room, friendly and accommodating staff. Close to shopping."

"We initially booked 3 rooms which were advertised to have sofa beds, in every other hotel we have stayed at there are extra duvet and pillows inside the wardrobe however this was not the case. When we went to request the extra duvet and pillows the receptionist was rude and told us we should’ve requested these ahead of time. You would think we’re were asking for something obscure and not a duvet and pillow at a hotel with his reaction. Eventually my sister explained we were here for her wedding...

"My experience was a 10/10. Very helpful staffs, exquisite interior."

"Stunning property. Immaculate rooms and public areas. Didn’t dine here but menu looked amazing. Bar staff were knowledgeable and professional. Cocktails to die for. Will certainly be returning."

"I enjoyed my stay"

"Stunning property in the centre of Leicester."

"Lovely and clean plus there was an iron and ironing board in the room, the markdown is due to no usb port in the room. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very helpful when I requested my fried egg to be flipped ( can't stand raw white)"

"It’s great place to stay, great services good breakfast, quiet and very clean"

"Brilliant location. Amazing bath. Nice room"

We appreciated the price, but will not stay there again."

"The Abbey Hotel was an amazing place to stay. Would highly recommend for anyone. Accessible for people with disabilities as well. Great reception staff. 10/10 would stay again."

"No complaints."

Bedroom décor functional, bed comfortable but a surprisingly modern bathroom with good shower. Reception on 3rd floor but lift out of order. Access to rooms/reception via stairs from a door separate from hotel entrance. No electronic security at the door so anyone could enter the hotel and potentially access bedroom on floors 1 and 2 at any time. Check before booking especially if a...

"Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. "
