"Overnight stay. Arrived early hours of the morning - check- in very efficient and friendly despite the antisocial hour. Late check out offered as we were getting there so late so we could get some rest and not rush to leave. Staff couldnt have been more helpful. "A spacious room with comfortable bed, convenient kitchen and shower room. We upgraded on arrival to a superior room on arrival for a small fee which I think was worth it.
We would definitely stay here again if visiting Leicester.
We didn't use the the bar or restaurant so can't comment but they looked good."

Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly."

Didn't realise the parking is free for hotel guests, ended up paying £12.50 for overnight stay as the Ringo banner appears just outside the hotel thought it would be a good idea to pay first and then enter the hotel.

"Room was lovely and clean. Small issue with shower, but quick resolved. Mattress a little firm but personal preference. Reception lady was very pleasant and helpful. No issues with parking. "
"Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. "
